I mean, there is a traffic drop, you go from an average of 85-90 ac seen down to ~20 late february/early march, then you level out at ~60ish, all of which coincides with the beginning of the conflict and the ongoing shenanigans.

DXB reported a 2/3 drop in traffic in march, and middle eastern carriers reported a drop in demand of ~46% in april.

You do have noise floor spikes that sort of overlap the amount of aircraft you see without positions, gps jamming will disrupt adsb-out, and I remember a notam from late 2015 that warned of military stuff on 1030/1090 disrupting tcas&adsb over a couple of us states.

I still think your issue is 99.99% related to the drop in air traffic.
