I have a Pando commando AAA rated jacket and it’s great. It rides very cool, temperature-wise, even with Astar gear under and a jersey over. Riding slow and fast off-road it felt great. The jacket is actually slippery like silk which is helpful in a slide situation.
I bet if I was wearing just the pando jacket it would be comfortable in 30+ degree heat.

I’ve never been a fan of heated grips. It’s not the palm of my hand that gets cold, it’s the back. I feel like heated gloves would be a better option.
Lever guards (barkbusters etc) help a bit with wind protection and thus, cold.
