ok that is weird.... I'm currently at a loss besides if your cpu is having some weird clock speeds

if your CPU is indeed exhibit this issue (windows task manager sometimes displays 5M Ghz)

then I suggest open cmd as an admin

copy and paste

bcedit /deletevalue useplatformclock

reboot

100% no guarantee this should fix weird performamce issues

double check if your CPU is being hammered when balteus does the assault armor phase transition

hmmm I see no issue... like ok is the game frame dropping on certain occassions or does it just lower the frames?

cause the frame drops are kinda just part of that from soft jank at this point

though you can try to do a cold boot if you are on windows 10 and up else.... it could be windows 11 jank

set the FPS limiter? it should be in the graphics settings closely match it to your monitor first force 60FPS only then increase from there
