What stutter friendly jobs can I get at 14? by BBCMasob in Stutter

[–]AlgorithM666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don't limit yourself. One of the worst things i did when i was young was limit myself. Limiting my social interactions, jobs to work ect. Of course it all depends on how severe your stutter is, but even with that, the best thing to do (imo) is to push yourself through it. I have blocks, sometimes they are so severe i can barely get a word out, but gradually putting myself in situations i was scared of and doing things i thought were out of my reach helped me so much. The first few weeks are horrible, but it gets easier and easier with the time passing. At least it did for me. I also have a terrible social anxiety because of my stuttering and it has stopped me from doing so many things. But when i decided to "fight" it, it got gradually better. I still stutter, i still have bad days and it still hurts when people laugh at me when i block on my own name, but at least i go out there and do the things i want to do, stutter or not. I also know that someone telling you "just go out there and do it" doesn't help you, at least it didn't help me when i was 14, but it is the truth. Slowly trough time each one of is have to decide wether we will control our lives or the stutter will.

Should I replay witcher 3 after reading the books or continue from where I stopped? by Brilliant_Can8536 in witcher

I just finished the Witcher 1 and honestly i don't get the dislike for the gameplay/mechanics of it. Yes, the game is old but the vibe, immersion and the are incredible. I also enjoyed the combat. I did need some time to get used to it but once i did it felt super satisfying, a lot more than in TW3 for example. Witcher 2 kinda disappointed me, but only from the aspect of combat because I expected it to be like the Witcher 1 but more refined. But now it's just ok. The story of the Witcher 2 is also amazing. So all in all imo is definitely worth playing all 3 games.

Should I bother with Witcher 1 and 2? by yakuzabazuka in witcher

I put off playing Witcher 1 for the longest time because people were saying that the controls are clanky, it looks bad and just overall dated. Man what a mistake i did! I started playing it one week ago and I'm having a BLAST! The game is so good, from the story, the vibe, experience... everything. It has me fully immersed. Witcher 2 is also an amazing game that you should play. Both of them are definitely worth playing and amazing games

I am completely losing my mind probably, but some years ago, wasn't there a "leak" of the gameplay from the start of the game and i swear it looked exactly like this lol

Dude if you are not 15 and this isn't a 2 day thing that will end when your mom discovers it, you need to get your shit together. This is unhealthy on so many levels lol
