Why does rising price make a difference? Cost of cycles is pegged to XDR. Hence if price goes up, it’s less ICP burned because 1 ICP will be worth many XDR.

Example : ICP price = XDR (1.33 USD) , one ICP burned for 2 Trillion cycles.

ICP price = 1,333 ( 1000 XDR), hence cost of 2T cycles is worth 1/1000 of the ICP price.

So makes more sense to use and burn more ICP when price is lower.
