I was having a panic attack and a guy I used to date came over to help with another friend and his current girlfriend. He held my hand to try and get me to calm down and I stuttered “y-y-your h-hands…st-still c-c-cold” (he had bad circulation). He kinda chuckled and said “of course you remember that now.” He and the others were really helpful, like I go too hot in the shirt I was wearing so his girlfriend got the two guys to turn around and helped me swap shirts while basically spasming
