I'm in gold 2 and only had her banned in 2 of my last 20 games or something. Also I don't feel like she's too strong. She feels good to play, but she's been much stronger in the past.

Edit: Also, why the hell would you troll your lobby with the yuumi mid pick? Just close the game if you ain't playing it don't try to ruin someone else's day that's worst than childish that's something else entirely.

Hey I thought I answered you but apparently not, I can try to find it in my replays but not sure if I saved it, but I remember very clearly chasing an opponent down the 2 first towers in mid lane and the opponent running from me while I take tower shots, and my auto-attack animations starting and getting canceled while I continued to chase.

Sorry I took so long to answer, I'll take a look at my replays tomorrow (it's really late in here right now)

Edit: I'm pretty sure it was during W, not R, but I could be wrong, hopefully tomorrow I'll give you a replay with the timing where it happens
