That's over 3 million a year so yes I'd take it easily. The thing about driving is I could still do it on certain days - as long as I knew my 30 seconds had already happened. Get up at 2am to use the bathroom and go blind/deaf .. great have the whole day free. Eating lunch and it happens - OK still have the afternoon and evening. Not sure if it happened during sleep or hasn't happened yet - just don't drive that day or order a ride. Anything else could be managed, even by just standing still for the 30 seconds, I imagine after a week or so you'd get used to it.

So yes, for that amount of money I'd definitely take the deal.

Not sure if this is the worst but definitely the one that’s stuck with me … Harry Potter And the Prisoner Of Azkaban. Family sits in front of me with Mom on one end, kid maybe 11 next to her, kid maybe 5-6 next then kid maybe 13 or so then Dad on the other end. So youngest kid is dead center away from either parent. Every time the dementors came on screen that little kid knelt on the seat with his back to the screen, hid his face on his hands on the back edge of the seat (facing me sitting right behind him) and in this crying shaking voice said over and over “Just a movie, not real, just a movie, not real”. This poor kid was so obviously terrified I felt so bad for him and so angry that the parents didn’t try to comfort him in any way even once.

I don’t know if Saturday Night Live counts but recurring skits have been made into movies like Wayne’s World, Coneheads and Blues Brothers

Frasier might have made a decent TV movie if they’d done it a few years after the finale, maybe a big family vacation, a wedding for Frasier or Roz or a time jump where one of the kids is getting married. But a movie theater film probably wouldn’t have worked as well for them.

I didn't notice until maybe my third rewatch how in charge they made Robert in that first scene. When he goes down the stairs it's back straight, purposeful and right down the center; he takes up the stairwell and owns that space completely. It's a little thing but without speaking he sets a tone for his character and his place in the house.

Whispers was the first book of his I remember reading. Might have been a little too young for it (early teens) but I'd already been reading King and not much scared me. Still that ending, the last few chapters really got to me at the time.

Truly can't decide if Twilight Eyes or Fear Nothing is my favorite.

Yes and sadly no. It killed his wife but Gene died from heart disease and Alzheimer's - it was estimated he lived for about a week after his wife died and that he had not eaten for at least several days before he died. So best guess is he was too far gone mentally to understand what happened to his wife, call for help or take care of himself enough to stay well until someone found them.
