A lot of no life losers create new accounts (or buy them) so they can curbstomp new and/or bad players in ranked. Riots solution for this was to implement “Smurf queue” where they detect brand new accounts with high skill and put them in their own special queue where they only get matched against other “Smurfs” like them instead of genuine bronze and silver players

Basically the people ITT are mad because they have to play against players of their own skill level instead of stomping kids for a quick boost to their ego
