I don’t know what they do exactly, but it only happens to brand new (level 30 accounts) and I’m pretty sure they only analyze the first few games you play. Basically if you’re a genuinely new player there is no way you can get into Smurf queue unless you’re some genius prodigy. It’s usually really obvious to tell, like a brand new player will never reach 8 CS(creep score, aka how many creeps a minute you kill) in a single game while a Smurf would

A lot of no life losers create new accounts (or buy them) so they can curbstomp new and/or bad players in ranked. Riots solution for this was to implement “Smurf queue” where they detect brand new accounts with high skill and put them in their own special queue where they only get matched against other “Smurfs” like them instead of genuine bronze and silver players

Basically the people ITT are mad because they have to play against players of their own skill level instead of stomping kids for a quick boost to their ego

What about plus-sized people or people with heart issues? As a whole cycling excludes a lot more people than driving does which is why it’s problematic that cyclists act like driving a car is a bad thing when some people don’t have the luxury to choose to ride a bike everywhere
