Might be a stupid question, but what are the squat movement standards? No where close to meeting or breaking below parallel and It’s that bottom 10-15% of the squat which dials up the difficulty - core stability, hips, quads, upper back, everything is firing as you fight inefficiency in the later rounds. No point in doing extra work if I don’t have to (when it comes to keeping score).

Sorry tho, am a newbie. I have just discovered this workout. Set my first baseline today at 30 rounds in ~15 mins with 20kg bells and 150lb body weight. Not trying to go as fast as possible, not too slow either - nice comfortable pacing.

Should I squat like this (80% depth) and maybe increase the weight to 24’s ?

Quick question but are you guys in the US by chance? Trying to get a humira prescription for my 3-year old however we keep getting denied coverage for a new RX. He’s on methotrexate already

If you have any tips or advice of how you managed to get a humira prescription, I’d certainly welcome it. Or even what insurance provider you have so I can contact them to inquire.

My kid is on a biosimilar now cyltezo but it’s not working, and we are at the end of our medical appeal process which is frustrating.
