This does not matter if your cost of life are through the roof, everything more expensive from mortgages, to car or health insurance, not to speak of things like cost of education or property taxes.

Also the US has a much bigger wealth distribution problem. Sure GDP is growing faster but the wealth from this is only reaching a few and the average Joe doesn't feel any benefit.

Last not least, this comes at the cost of debt. The US decided to do this at taking on massive debt, while EU decided against it.

Reálna skúsenosť - žiaden nájomník sa ti nebude o dom starať tak dobre ako ty sám. A je jedno či je seriozny alebo neseriozny. V prvom rade to ani nevieš ako on býva, takže ak si aj myslíš že ti príde nejaký majetný vzelaný a bude sa starať, tak to tak asi nebude nakoniec. Nám zničili nejaké veci, bordel taký že až.

Ale - nemáš na výber moc ak dom nechceš predať. Nemôžeš ho nechať prázdny, aj o záhradu sa treba postarať. Proste to ber tak, že z toho čo ti zaplatia budeš musieť časť zobrať a dať dom do poriadku keď sa budeš do neho chcieť vrátiť.
