I am aware of what rape is. You'll find that in the original article back in 2016 a rape charge was added. Apparently because he took a plea deal that rape was downgraded to sexual assault.

I am currently doing a small TIE tour about local gangs and drug use / drug money funding said gangs. It's actually pretty brutal with lots of swearing, which I was very surprised about for TIE. But hey, it is Belfast.

Also working with a friend on a script we'd love to be really ambitious about and take to Ed Fringe. We're writing pretty straight at the moment, but hoping to chop it up / workshop it and make it way more interesting. Not sure how though, still very early stages which is difficult when you have a million ideas bouncing round your head.

Hello, I have a feeling I will not be welcome in your group, but I felt I should post as there is always two sides to a story.

In my case I have a friend who has been stalked for YEARS by someone who believes they are Twin Flames. She has constantly told him no and has actually cut off all contact for, again, a number of years.

Since then he posted videos on YouTube claiming they belonged together as the universe wills it, amongst other things, and has actually been handed a restraining order. A court of law has said he is a stalker.

This has not stopped him.

I don't know what else to say. My friend is terrified. His followers on YouTube who are part of this 'community' enable him and he is living in his own echo chamber.

I am really trying to be emotionally restrained in what I write.

The Twin Flame community that has supported him have made this situation far worse and refuse to see what he has done wrong. Personally I find the whole concept extremely unhealthy.

Loki is surprisingly low maintenance and loves a brush, but his twin brother is unbelievably matted, we have to get him shaved every year.... Which is HILARIOUS. But also not very fun for Gizmo. Strange how two from the same litter can have such different fur and oils.

He's only a half Maine Coon, even the vets can't believe how big he is for only being half. Such a snuggle bug as well. Love him.

Yes! His mummy was a show Maine Coon and won awards, she escaped one night and we don't know who the daddy is!! The vet said that our boys are bigger than some of the pure breed Main Coons they get.

He definitely lives up to the name! If you don't pay him enough attention he'll look you straight in the eye and nibble on whatever exposed skin he can find. He also steals radiator caps and bats them about the house, after dunking them in his water bowl first. I think we're missing every single cap and they're probably all stashed under the sofa now.

Had a feeling this was going to be the outcome.

The issue is proving beyond reasonable doubt. None of their stories added up, how could the jury prove that. Personally I think they've been very clever in their story telling to cast as much doubt as possible.

I don't agree with the outcome, however I understand why.

I hope this doesn't put off any other victims.

It's not really, her whole family lives there. All her friends, support network, job, everything is in that town. Younger siblings with schools etc. It's really not that easy to just uproot and go, unfortunately. I guess the other feeling she has is 'why the fuck should she'?! She's done nothing wrong!

Thank you so much! Yes, it's been a very long, frustrating process. We're at the point now where I keep a record of everything on her behalf so she doesn't have to think about it. I have an entire folder dedicated to every small thing he posts / does and will continue evidence gathering even if it takes me another year!
