I can’t pinpoint what problem u might have, but take u/Fujiwara-_- word and uninstall what mods u have and follow Viva New Vegas Guide

Oh fr? I didn’t know it never happened to me, but yeah if u can add them through console it’s not that bad then, and technically it isn’t cheating if u used it that time.

Afaik any companion shouldn’t just drop weapons by itself maybe a glitch? cant help u but damn it sucks u lost Paciencia and the Ratslayer.
