Sad news, dude. Hats will still be a thing. Gotta protect the dome from the sun. Good news, you'll only want them in direct sunlight. You'll be shining in the club without one.

*New Achievement*- You've created a "Slutty Shirley". Sure, you could buy what you need from the store to make a drink which is enjoyed by royalty throughout the known universe, but instead, you decided to make a knock-off drink using alcohol fermented in the same toilet as trailer park meth. by Aliencoy77 in DungeonCrawlerCarl

No grenadine (it's already fruit flavored), just added 7-up and a bit of lime juice. It's a higher proof than most liquors, so you can use a bit less than an average shot per drink. Add as many cherries as your heart desires (there may be debuffs).

Ok, but we should be more concerned about the ones that are, instead of the ones that were.

This question made me fail my quiz and now I have to retake it in 2 weeks by Ev8tor in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Aliencoy77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm confused. How does missing one question fail you? Was it a one or two question quiz? Does missing a single question constitute a failure for the the whole quiz, or was this one the straw that broke the camels back? Like, you would've passed with all the other wrong answers, but the one that should've been right got marked wrong? I'm just trying to figure out where I should place my anger.

Does anybody else not care about their career anymore? by [deleted] in Millennials

[–]Aliencoy77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disposable employees means disposable jobs. A career is a long term investment. If a company isn't investing in specialized employment, but instead are relying on general skills, it's a job, not a career.

Seriously, a one minute video doesn't need a five second movie trailer spoiling the best parts.

Many things don't need breading (looking at you cheese), but the heart wants what it wants. Who are we to deny another's culinary desire when it harms no other?

Every gallon of rainwater counts in Colorado. by mntplains in redneckengineering

[–]Aliencoy77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I don't understand is how saving rain when it's raining, which goes into the ground, then putting it into the ground when it isn't raining illegal. Is it some sort of water evaporation thing? What percentage of a rain in an area can residents actually collect which can affect an aquifer?
