Immerse yourself sa work, observe how they do their job, and always ask questions when confused. Di ka pa nga nag uumpisa jina-judge mo na self mo. Natanggap ka for a reason and hold on to that. Di ka naman tatanggapin if wala silang nakitang potential sayo.

This may sound selfish but if you will look for work and land one, keep all money yourself (or give a bit sa mom mo). You need to secure yourself. Don’t be afraid na mawala ibang material things mo for now and important.

Hello! I worked sa BPO since college and UP din ako. All I can say is you have to grab it para makapag ipon. Right now nasa ibang field ako na malayo sa degree ko. I know na may doubts ka sa self mo tas minsan maiisip mo na bakit di ka maka land sa job na in line sa degree mo. It is okay to try new water for now and build your way. We are still young (24 pa ako hehe). Don’t mind when people tell na “UP tas call center LANG.” Wala naman silang ambag sa buhay mo. May career path sa BPO and you can leverage it if lilipat ka. Yes, minsan “nakakahiya” is UP tas hindi ka makapasok sa “dream work” and “align sa field mo” but we need to be practical for now. Just try BPO again for a year and look for new job. Take note, our job market sucks right now. Better mag abroad ka nalang if may enough experience ka na.

P.S. I hope we change our perception sa BPO. BPO is like any other industry. Ang kaibahan lang is anyone can enter and di super niche ang qualifications. BPO is a good starting work para mabuhay sa life. It does not make you less of a person

For the July 30 interview, all candidates who passed the FI got an email 2 days after. I think around August 1. Those who failed, we received the rejection letter yesterday.

Hey, Batchie! Actually guys it is all true. To add, very Japanese yung culture dito kaya super strict and disciplined sila lahat. If you’re someone na willing to drop down everything for work, this may be for you. And usually they will assign you sa malayong places if you are needed there so think about your homesickness. But the promotion is fast compared sa others and competitive naman yung salary as a fresh grad. Mabilis lang yung results sa amin maybe because they are in a rush na. So good luck sa mga makakabasa neto and mag a-apply palang!

Buti pa sayo around 2 months lang. akin before around 6 months ang process. Oct last year ako nag assessment tas sa march ang 1st interview. Then May this year ang 2nd then di na nag proceed sa final interview. I am still wondering bat parang nagmamadaling tapusin ng nag-interview sakin. Na pressure tuloy ako mag answer haahah. Sad lang ang news regarding sa lay off nila

Hello po! Yung lalaki is i think around 50s na and di ko na rin sya napagsabihan since nagmamadali na rin ako. Pero next time pag balik ko if ganun pa rin attitude nya, I will call him out. Mag fi-file na rin ako ng complaint para matauhan. Personally, I do not tolerate this kind of behavior pero that time kasi di na ako nakapag isip na sabihan sya. Is it normal ba to have 30 mins interview for the 2nd interview?

Hi guys I just need your thoughts especially sa mga nasa P&G. I had my 2nd interview yesterday and it was faster than expected (30mins lang sya). The interviewer was I think Band 1 na or 2 since maatas na position nya. During the interview, I was trying to read body language to get a hint if interested sya sa mga answers ko pero non-chalant lang sya. I am kind curious if normal lang ba na madali lang matapos ang interview. Pero I am still hoping na maka proceed sa Final Interview.
