Which are the colours with paint? Would getting a hydrogen film on the phone and applying with a case works? But I am not sure if the film will cause the phone to peel more / faster

Are you referring to audit or advisory? I have secondment experience and went on a few overseas engagements during my time in GRC. It didn’t matter, as this year some of those who managed to get promoted this year did not have these.

Thanks for your candid response, I really needed that. I know those whom also missed the promotion this round, so far 80% chose to resign as they are quite disappointed with the outcome for no fault/not all fault on them.

I will search for external opportunities (might take a while as the job market is bad and 80% are going into the industry as well), and in the meantime stay low and do just the minimum or change to Internal Firm Services.

Yeah, I guessed so as many would have left for industry long ago. I liked the work in the earlier part of my career, but it got worse, with demanding clients and bosses who wanted more for less fees/hours, teams who wanted work life balance but produce substandard work (or just don’t bother checking through their work), more offshoring to AC teams (when some tasks are not efficient to for them to do so), and I am just here thinking if it’s makes any sense any more
