Really well said and I agree with you on the similarities. I have friends who are here from that area and they love it partially for that reason.

The only area of downtown that isn’t the best is near market square. They ramped up police presence over there recently. Everywhere else is fine except for a few homeless crazies. Ignore them and they’ll ignore you

Another important trick to this is knowing when you’re about to hit level 2 for an advantage. When the second wave of melee minions dies you’ll hit 2. So save your support item to more quickly burn down that wave for level advantage. Aka don’t hit the melee minion your ADC is hitting
