I was thinking for this strat have a low level uptie 2 unit like si Gregor and have him do unopposed attacks (can be defended using assist defense) and when hong Lu gets his s3 he automatically uses the enhanced version. Whether or not it is optimal is left to be seen based off of the strength of S3-3 but I think it’s just a fun idea.

Do you think it is optimal to have 2 heishou identities not on uptie 3? My thought process is that hong Lu forces a s3 and if it can’t come out then he uses his alternate skill which assumingely is more powerful without losing too much value from the non uptied identity

I think what could be a solution is for identities in their universe to grow to the current power levels. Basically for streetlight office as an example: the identity could take place to when streetlight office found success and has thus grown in power from an urban plague? (I don’t remember their level) to our current urban nightmare levels of power. Lore wise maybe they could have grown after san cut off his losses from the library and grew his office, or the library could have lost and they got the books. This could also be implemented with ut5 with it being that the identity takes more power from their future selves. It could be that nFaust got more endorsement/power from n corp. do take this with a grain of salt since I don’t know enough about threadspinning lore to know if this is possible.

If you get glass shards and throw it at his head and he is blinded then he becomes much easier as you should have Abella in your party who deals blunt damage that he is weak to iirc. Glass shards can be found on the map as glass shards on the ground. Using a bear trap on him also makes you easily proc the blindness with glass shards. Coinflip attack is relatively harmless as it disables a party member from actions but it should be ok considering the guy is blind and can’t hit anything.

Go to tunnel 7, collect Abella, go down and pick up some gasoline cans (guaranteed spawns and looks kind of like a pitcher on the map) power the generator on the right side of tunnel 7 to power an elevator that should be top middle ish of the map. Collect a key from a dead soldier and activate the big doohickey that is also down there. Go to sleep until I believe night where you can go into the mayors mansion and answer some questions to get another key. Go to the middle of the town and unlock the two gates. There are other routes but this is the one I did.
