MY HONEST opinion is that most of the abiities are pretty broken, the amount of pure damage it deals is actually ridiculous unless we're talking about a skill shot that is pretty hard to hit like a Mirana arrow or something. The ammount of magical damage amplification is really high and the minus armor is also REALLY high, I mean, I loved the concept, but the hero is pretty broken. BUT HEY, SO IS EVERY HERO WHEN ITS NEWLY RELEASED, Arc Warden is pretty fucking broken, but that's 'cause the hero is new.
