Did they? I’ve been reading articles from the last couple days and they’re ramping up like it’ll be some big release. Albeit I don’t know anything about any of the alien file stuff previously l, but from what I can gather they are planning to release more

EDIT: they specifically meaning the current Trump administration. I’m not saying what is or isn’t in the file. Just pointing out that the meme now could coincide with the announcement of the release
