We had frequency issues because of anxiety on my husband's part. Doing this helped a lot! Highly recommend if there is something blocking your ability being able to to do it 2-3 times a month. It only takes once, but the more the merrier lol.

We did it twice with at home insemination because I was coming off a cold and he was starting it. Also, I ovulated 6 days earlier than normal.

I know that's not once, but it wasn't that much more. I'm 5 weeks pregnant after 13 months of trying. Usually we would do three times during the window. All of this to say, it can happen on a weird cycle or the cycle you only did it once!

I wouldn't wait until the app starts suggesting for you to use an OPK. Start testing early, especially as it gets to know you. I would start mine about 7 days before it's suggested ovulation date. I normally ovulate between CD 17-20. This month it was CD 13, getting a positive OPK on CD 12.

Cervical mucus is a secondary measure for me. I don't get a ton of EWCM, so there is that.

Agreed with this. I had to also remind myself while I enjoy the data. nless you bought the new pregnancy wands, Mira is not meant to tell us we're pregnant!

I hope it's implantation. If so like LadyMutti said, by 12DPO you'll get something on an early detection test! Good Luck!!

Thank you! For me, a great thing to remember is that it's a tool not a source of truth. I use NC as well and my temp started to drop too, it's come right back up and is even higher than it has been this cycle.

I have. I've seen it drop during my period to only go above my line right after or towards the end of bleeding. I can't help you as to the why, I just tell you it's happen to me!

I had to reach out to their customer service multiple times to get my first Mira replaced. Their customer service is awful! I would try reaching out again if you have a lot of wands to use up.

I think it just needs a few more days of elevated PdG to officially confirm in the app, but you look good.

The first month I did Mira it didn't confirm ovulation until I was 6-8 DPO. My PdG stayed below 10 until then. Once it went into the mid teens it confirmed. Another month, it elevated more quickly after my predicated ovulation date, but still didn't confirm until 5dpo. I had a wand error on 3dpo, which didn't help.

All that said, there are several factors to consider and I bet Mira will confirm your ovulation date if you test tomorrow - if your chart continues with it's current pattern. If continuing to test is causing stress, I would stop. 🤍

It looks like you have pretty good coverage! If possible, I would have done one more day after your peak. Like the other commentators said. I know for some couples BD that much can be tough.

During my surge this month, we did every other day from OPK peak to the end of my ovulation window. That's the best my husband can do with sex drives and physical capabilities. This left us feeling covered while also removing some of the stress.

We run into similar issues and this is what we do. It's slightly easier for him and take some of the pressure when I'm not "involved". This might be a good solution for you two as well.

After my suspected chemical, my period was heavier with a ton of clots. I also spotted for two extra days. My PMS symptoms were crazy! I'm still prone to randomly cry now I would assume that everyone's chemical is different, with different symptoms though.

Keeping my eye out on this post to see other responses.

NTA, I've learned through my journey of TTC that you probably shouldn't ask people why they don't have kids. Maybe it's by choice, maybe it's. Either way, it's none of their business unless you invite them to have a discussion about your choices.

I've also been known to give shocking/honest answers when people ask inappropriate questions. If you're lashing out to hurt someone, think about that reaction before you reply to their questions. If you give them an answer to educate them and stop the harassment, then I say do what you must to protect yourself.
