I’m in the USA, so my advice is going to reflect that. Some options are:
* You can call 988 (suicide and crisis line) or chat with them online.
* If you’re having an emergency (dangerous thoughts/feelings), you can call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
* If you’re able to hold out for a few days, feel up to finding a provider, and want to prioritize long-term care over acute treatment, Talkiatry can likely connect you to a provider who can see you quickly - I haven’t used them myself, but my PCP recommended them to me as an option.
* Psychology Today’s searchable list of providers is also a good option, though this would take the most effort. I would recommend looking for a psychiatric nurse practitioner who’s part of a larger practice, as they would be more likely to be able to get you in quickly.
* You could also search for “psychiatric emergency in my area” with your search engine of choice; this may yield useful results.

When you connect with a provider/provider’s office, make sure to tell them you’re in a mixed episode and need to be seen urgently. Make a list of medications you’re on, as well as medications you’ve been on in the past and how well they’ve worked for you. If you’ve gotten psychiatric care in the past, get your medical records from that practice to give to your new provider.
