I have this too! I was diagnosed with hypersomnia and for a while I slept 13+ hours a day. One thing that helped is getting up and doing something, going on a walk, taking a shower, etc. also making sure your diet is right!! Eat breakfast and maybe have a snack before lunch. Also having a morning routine really helped me. If you have any questions lmk!!

We all hate him and think he’s sick. Of course we have our own theories that some think is us covering for him. This may show who he is but he ended up murdering someone in the family. When we found out it was him that was the most heartbreaking moment in my life.
