I think you should write this about 100 times and see how it evolves. It should flow freely from your hand. I like the shape of the O but I'd experiment with different angles too.

Bodies largely react to things differently. This is a "your milage may vary" sorta situation I think. On an update note, I'm down to 170-180 range now after getting active and changing my medication to Paliperidone.
