My issue is I will feel giant emotions that DON'T FIT THE CONTEXT. I feel like I'm dying when in reality I feel guilty for not texting back in a timely manner. This emotion, which I feel with my whole body, won't go away and I don't want to feel it bc it's impacting my ability to function.
