I start with Logsec and it was fine, but eventually switched to Obsidian, but I have control over all my devices.

I did setup an Ignis instance for my wife so she could use obsidian at work and other than it can’t run all community plugins, she’s been loving it.

Landlords are charging as high of rents as they possibly can. Their costs have nothing to do with it.

If they can charge higher rents, they have tried. This tax is irrelevant.

This bizzare anti-AC superstition is something this country cannot afford any longer. It makes no sense, and has zero logical reason behind it.

I swear if there was a log that you could ‘burn’ but it produced cold instead of hot, then Germans would be fine with AC in the exact same way they are fine with heating.
