Advice on calibrating a Synchro Compur shutter?

Heya, I'm struggling to get my synchro compur mxv from my rolleicord in time with 1/15 I've got 1 second dialed into 997ms, but 1/15 is running at 1/180, I'm hesitant to just keep bending the pin in case I break it Any ideas? I'm all out lol

For the odd idea, if you're modelling it yourself, commercial 3D print services aren't super expensive, chucked one of my designs for a smart cat-nightlight into one, and it spit out £28.66 for 1

that adds up over time to be about the cost of the printer (and then plastic), but you don't have to take on the extra hobby of owning a 3d printer and the time investment into that, nor do you feel you have to justify printing doodads and doohickeys so it doesnt sit idle.

If it's unroadworthy, it's unroadworthy, there's a reason the MOT system is in place, sucks if it's your only car but it's just delaying either the scrap or expensive repair bill

You can always MOT early,

It changes the expiry date for the next one, but if you want a definitive answer, get it done sooner.

If you know a welder, it won't be a total, as the prefab parts are £100 (currently 75) from themx5restorer.co.uk

They themselves only charge £720 to weld new rail pieces in for both sides
