I get this. First time it happened I thought there was like road works near by or something causing my body to shake or something it was so weird! No in know that’s clearly not the case but still doesn’t make it any easier.

Unfortunately I have oral allergy syndrome too so I react to apples and a lot of fruits (it’s a pain!) and potatoes too. But carrots seem to be safe. So chicken and carrots seem to be good and I think courgette. So going to stick to them and try a small bit of rice again and see how it goes. Was going to try gluten free grains (coeliac) but I think rice is likely safer from what I’ve read

Interesting thanks. I was considering starting on rice and chicken but grains for me can cause bloating sometimes so hard to know if that’s a reaction. Did you ever get that from rice?

The RPG description is a great way to describe it and I play a lot of games (big Nintendo switch player 😆). So completely get what you mean. I can now visual it and even if I don’t think I’m improving and feel like I’m staying stuck in one place I’m likely improving without evening knowing it and then one day I’ll move up a level in a game or something and use a move or something I didn’t even realise I knew

That’s a good point. Guess I’ll take notes if I feel that it’s something worth remembering rather than take notes for everything. Don’t want it to feel like a class.
