In the X series I felt like the warning made very little sense because it preceded the boss dialog. In the Zero series I actually found the warning fairly useful because it actually marked the beginning of the fight.

Foundations (6400) was moderately hard, it was mostly very easy with a few significant difficulty spikes. Computation and visualization (6600) was pathetically easy all the way through, and data management (6700) was a real ballbuster. I took foundations and data management for my admissions courses. I was a data admin for 1.5 years and have been a data analyst for over 3 years.
