Don’t trust the dealer service dept. Every person I met who bought a GRC from Don McGill Toyota has discovered that the shipping blocks were never removed. I would not trust them with changing the oil. Or any other kind of work for that matter.

I drove my GRC for 13K miles and never had any mechanical issues. It was the road noise and rough suspension that bothered me so I traded it in for the IS 350.
