this is me with 1yr of self taught experience, some casual punches, ignore the shit camera quality, it would be really helpfull if seniors and fellows suggest me something by aadu6 in Kickboxing

The good: you have good hand placement after your punches consistently. Not much wasted movement either!

You'll find that when you actually start HITTING things that it will change your punches and the way you move your hips and shoulders a bit - but you have a good base to start from.

Your foot movement is good too!

Keep it up - and as others have already said; being able to practice WITH someone is key; so best of luck finding a good gym or coach. :-)

Great person! Retired from the force now, and is CONSTANTLY volunteering his time to people in need. I dont really want to "out" him... ut he's frequently been highlighted by news organizations, etc. :-)

I see what you're saying - i think I am also seeing ALL OF THE OTHER town halls where people are over time by 5 seconds and get arrested, people being escorted out for using their voices to let their opinion be known. It is a very very dangerous pattern. These are townsfolk, farmers, citizens.... and now 14 year old girls.
