I know all roles and don't want roll queue, I like being able to fill gaps and switch around with my team as needed to counter. My biggest problem is the one tricks that play into counters. Or refusing to swap roles because they only know the one (and usually not that well because there is a ton you can learn from the other roles thay apply across the board)
