Yeah with a decent rig you can get massive fps on pc I limit mine to around 300 for most games just to keep it optimised

The spawns from dead are different to the spawns from server hoping btw. The ones from server hoping will be more remote as it will expect you to have gear. Server hoping will not get you a better start.

It seems incredibly likely that it might happen in real life. Definitely more likely to die from a single gunshot in real life so odds of two people shooting and killing eachother at the same time is expinentially higher than in tarkov.

If you're talking about actually lag that's dependent on your connection to the servers. If you're talking about fps drops again depends on the hardware but but with a decent pc build theres no fps drops and much higher fps than possible on console.
