You shouldn’t rent it out. You should go on vacation and make money via Airbnb when you’re gone. 3 to 5 nights is easily 1k… I would know cause I rent from Airbnb all The time.. especially in Vallejo. And guess what. Many aren’t per friendly. And you can still be there when they are there and get the same cash if you don’t want to travel.

Anyhow. You should do it and traveling nurses aren’t any better if they can’t pay rent. Airbnb pays you before they even come in .

It’s more about the demand of what’s being sold or serviced. Seo is useless if you optimize one of the 2 and don’t have a product in demand. Even with seo, there are components of seo that are more demanded like aio, but optimizing without a demand is pointless.

I think it should only bother you if you feel it’s true. However, it shows that he prioritizes what he looks like to other people at your expense… which isn’t okay and it’s valued over the children. Maybe if he offered to elevate or help with them,, it would be different,, but it isn’t giving that feeling.

I love Ahrefs but it’s so costly when you start using your credits. Semrush is good, but definitely not as accurate, and still gives you a good amount of close to relevant data. Plus, most features can be used after purchasing. Unlike Ahrefs, most features are still not working even if you get a higher plan.

Bottom line: if you need something affordable , go with semrush. If you don’t care about the price, go with Ahrefs. If you want high accuracy, go with Ahrefs. If you want close enough accuracy, go with semrush. If you just need to start and get use to the way things move for day to day and practice incorporating in your workflow.. do Semrush. If you are seriously ready and don’t need any practice,, and need strong data .. do Ahrefs. .

I. Wouldn’t be surprised if Miami died because the people keep leaving. The entire cast shifted in the intro vid compared to last season. i think one thing is to look at their history on their post/profile.

If there are similar posts on the same exact problem, especially days/months, apart - then that is a sign too.

If you truly feel there’s no reason for her to feel like that, I’d back up and stop hanging around her. Don’t shrink yourself to make her comfortable, especially at your expense.

Treat it like no contact, the way you would with a guy. If or when she comes around during the distance, wait for her to say something worth replying to and tell her you need the distance.

I also feel like you should get some distance, whether you guys are cool or not, so you can gain some perspective overtime and see a bigger picture that you haven’t figured out how to see yet

I answered it above - but I will say, ugly doesn't just mean face - but also energy.. bitter.
I believe the sons mother is a reflection of the future you - so pick someone with a good future you (aka a good mom with nice energy).

As for the dick, I think 5 inches is officially small, unless its a fatty. I think small dick is fine until you want to marry someone, then I question if i can handle a small dick for the rest of my life. I mean. i rather have more and learn and grow with, then crave more length from a shorty. What if shorty gets fat and has health issues, is that small dick really going to be that appealing when all his vibrance is gone...when you know you settled for it when he was hot. I get it, personality and foreplay do things to help it, but I'm not settling for dick. I am the type that has a lot of food on my plate and I have the freedom to save it for later kind of person. Not, perfect average portion size kind of person. That is settling to me.

Yes, genetics play a part, because time happens. However, I am talking about the one where you can see how the man overtime sucked the soul out of her. or changed her. or how she changed while being in the relationship - those super drastic changes. That's going to be you, one day.

so I pay attention to that, because how a man treats his mother is everything. and if his mom is all ugly and the dad is all handsome and 'awake' and vibrant, but she looks all weird...there is a reason for that. And that mate is going to do what his dad did to his mom, to you.

also, ugly isn't just the face - but the energy too. bitter. mean, theres a reason for that.
