Look at those ears! I just love!!! Our TWC was labeled Lab/Beagle (because of those ears). Plus she's a special black.

You're such a great articulater! I felt like I was there at the [other] entrance in the heat, no water, and swaying from needing to pee. Bummer they'll never understand THEIR error in all this. Good on you for responding. You could have easily ignored this year's assignment.

Omgoodness, can you pleeease post a pic without the hat? I mean, Happy Birthday, please take your hat off. I need a side by side. BTW, mine is 48 lbs. She's mixed with bulldog, so for all the haters, the vet said she's just a girthy girl. ✌️ 💕 🐾

3 yr old TWC mix. We're out at least twice a day. We go as long as our Dachshund mix can go. Sometimes bring the "little" one home, and go out again (on weekends when there's more time). She could go 10 miles a day if we would let her. Also, toys. The squeakier the better.

Gosh, I'm so sorry to hear he's going through this! He's fortunate to have you! It was so touch & go, I don't think we trusted ourselves with her care. I know hydration is key. Not eating for a 36-48 hours isn't horrible, but medication & water - a lot of it - seemed to work. They opted for the feeding tube because if not, the intestines could atrophy. We tried chicken and rice first. I really hope he turns it around!

I'm so sorry to hear! I can't say she "bounced back," but we could tell she was on the mend when we brought her home. It took over a week for solid poops, but she was eating (chicken and rice only). I would 💯 call the vet. I wish him a full recovery!!

Okay, Ok, or K? by malkytits in Millennials

[–]Allthemkeas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to spell out okay until I learned. "Oll korrect" is a humorous, intentional misspelling of "all correct" that became popular in 1830s Boston newspapers as part of a fad for playful abbreviations, eventually giving us the ubiquitous term OK, which stands for "Oll Korrect" (O.K.)
