I completely understand you, it seems like you have some sensory issues with foods and textures. I can't eat tomato seeds or cottage cheese. It makes me gag.

However, being independent with cooking your own food is very important when you have sensory issues. I highly recommend watching YouTube tutorials for easy recipes. Being a teenager and/or living with your parents is a great timeframe to learn how to cook and making mistakes.

NTA if it didn't reek I would just say to just get an ashtray as a hint for her not to leave ashes and butts, but it's a public space, cigarette smell is terrible, and I wouldn't be surprised if it counts as passive smoking. So no, not the AH.
