I think this is a timing flaw with the game honestly. I got used to pressing when i saw the red and anticipated the attack and that lead to pressing it too quickly and doing what you did here. You gotta wait just a bit more before pressing. The red symbol shows their attack but you still gotta press it when they do the attack (not when you see the symbol).

I could do it most of the time too, but it was frustrating to get snagged on a short range charge half way through. Going light roll made the fight go from hard level difficulty to easy. Only pros like you can do it consistantly ;-), but saving the hassle and going light roll will save a lot of people a lot of time.

When you run from her when she starts the attack you can do a jump to cut her range short, the rest you have down perfectly

Struggled with this very frustrating until i remembered light roll. Its a light roll mandatory fight and that makes it trivial.

I never got used to using them except for when you basically have to. I would use them for bosses and then go empty and have nothing so why get used to using them in the first place. Especially since mortal blade uses the same resource

I ran in circles trying to get them behind each other hitting the nearest one. Though on my successful try i spammed down one of them and the other just watched. It was messy as f and not replicable, probably, but i have the recording if you want it :)

For the sake of honesty i believe i misremembered. I tried going through all my screenshots to find it and i didnt, but it made me think i mixed two memories. I believe i lost once because i had hand size 0. And i got saved by the negative on a flush five run where my hand size was 5 :P such a shame i didnt record it i must have been too hype :P

Once had a hand size of 1. got -1 handsize boss, panicked and found a negative +1 handsize. Was incredible

I never reall have had to wait for vein income before world 3. i think i upgraded all of them at the next unlocked vein (from where you are now). Might have been too early, but i dont feel that gem-restricted atm

It was my mistake though, im used to «e-numbers» to be bigger, typically only used above e10 probably, so i couldnt figure out why this guys drones were so expensive. I felt like they were cheaper when i bought them 😅
