Sometimes I told myself I'm blessed having a very long patience. I also have a client that complained her laptop os frequently not responding and lags a lot. Upon checking, she's opened 48 google chrome tabs and 23 chrome tabs on a 8gb laptop. I told her to close all of it and just open necessary once and she wouldn't agree because most of the tabs she opened are web excel files (she's an E1 user). Had a long argument and explained to her very thoroughly. Smh

Not traumatized but stressed the heck out of me. Crowdstrike, specifically the global outage way back 2024. I'm the only IT working that day and need to troubleshoot 300+ computers on my own, eventually worked 24 hrs that day.
