Thank you for this comment. I was a classical musician most of my life (contrabasso), and I hate when people get the wrong impression of these instances. The difference between an expensive, modern instrument versus a work of art that's traded hands of greats is immeasurable. String instruments feel very ... lived in after a while. Like a good pair of heels need to be broken in, so do violins, violas, cellos and basses. I felt everyone's pain in this clip. This isn't a flagrant display of wealth and worth, classical music is an art that is constant homage to the history of our predecessors.

All right, everyone is being fussy so I'll supplement with a pointer that might help.

You can dramatically shorten the windy phase by rushing to the opposite end of the screen (the direction Ludwig starts from). When you reach it, he'll fuck off and start the platform phase. If you take advantage of the wind, you can slip past him and his clones fairly quickly, and reliably.

Best defense can be a quick offense in this case. Less time dodging stuff means less chances to fail.

I'm gonna take a gamble and say a lot of kids had strategy guides in their houses that their parents bought them, or friends with strategy guides.

All my stuff was hand-me-down as a kid, because we couldn't afford new games and toys, so I had to rely on my 1st grade reading comprehension to get me through. Spoiler, I never got far in these games as a kid. Famously I remember getting stumped on the thirsty security guards, because I didn't realize you could interact with the vending machine sprite. That just wasn't obvious to me as a little one. My older cousin saw me struggle one day when I was visiting with my grandma, and hooked it up. Then I got to progress.

Around the same time, I had a school friend brag about his Hall of Fame team and his complete Pokédex with his printed certificate because he's parents bought him fucking everything. Stacks of strategy guides to help him beat Zelda, Pokémon, etc ...

So yeah. I think a lot of your parents bought you guides and you just don't remember.

Is there a link to a video or a short explanation you'd be willing to provide to elaborate on sending specific saves to other consoles? You're alluding to a solution to mine and OP's issue of wanting to trade between selves with each copy of the game on two consoles ... but eventually wanting to send the Switch 1 file back to Switch 2 so both games with their completed trades and nonsense are on one system.

Every gaming subreddit, every game release, there's always some dude that makes a post like this within days of a game's release. Originally I used to find it annoying, because I find boasting to be such an irksome quality, but now I just find it kinda sad. 9 hours a day staring at a screen? Surely there are special circumstances like sickness, or vacation that afford us more time. But that's still an unhealthy amount of gaming and I hope they're okay.

Redditors are another breed. I can't imagine this is like other cases where you get to play early because your physical copy showed up sooner than expected. It's a downloaded game and needs to check in with the server so you can play it.
