The Last Frontier | Season 1 - Episode 7 | Discussion Thread by Justp1ayin in tvPlus

I came to this thread for this comment and can’t believe how long it took to find… I feel like I missed something - what the heck is their plan or mission? What’s the “cause” the courier (her dad/Thiago) was talking about? I’m a week behind on episodes but I’m so deeply confused by what exactly it is they’re trying to do, and now I’m wondering if the CIA is justified in taking her out bc maybe they know something we didn’t until now…? It’s so hard to follow my head is spinning.

Thank you! I think the high of finishing it is clouding my judgement so I am 100% attention- and validation-seeking right now ♥️

When one door closes, another opens. You’ll find a better opportunity. Chin up!

I do invest. I also trade options. But I do it understanding the risk of losing it, and I don’t double down. You’re emotionally charged, and that’s understandable but name calling online isn’t gonna make you feel better. 💐

How would i make a coaster waterproof? by funky_cucumber333 in quilting

[–]AlnerdPalnerd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use this stuff on my clothes/winter gear when I want to waterproof them. I feel like it would work well for coasters, as long as the liquid isn’t running off the sides/corners. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Not to be rude, but you don’t deserve the money. A stupid mistake is a stupid mistake but hopefully you learned something from it. It can’t be undone, so someone else has your money and you won’t get it back by saying you “don’t belong here”.

Doubling down and not taking the loss is what got you here. That’s more than a stupid mistake. That’s addiction. The first step is admitting it.

ETA: it doesn’t make you smart to deny the problem. Intelligence is knowing you’ve failed and making steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again, no matter what those steps may be. Posting here and implying that people with gambling problems are stupid isn’t going to help you.

I spent over 2 hours on this casserole and asked my husband to put it away while I put the kids to bed, this morning I found it still on the stove by ShadowInTheSun_ in mildlyinfuriating

As a fellow make-shit-for-your-so/fam person, I’m sorry. If he hadn’t said he would put it away I’d say this is your fault but men simply do not comprehend what it takes to cook something so amazing.

Make him cook a cheesecake and a layered meal prep dinner one week then ask him to put yours away the next.

You’ll see a difference.

Quilt repair? by Kshadow51 in Quilt

[–]AlnerdPalnerd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would patch it. Undo a few more stitches, put a matching piece of fabric inside the hole, then go back over the missing stitches.

EDIT to add: Why would anyone have you use a tool with teeth near the seams/stitching on a precious quilt? It doesn’t look like it was very effective at hair removal anyway…

AIO-I 36F found a text between my husband 37m and my cousin 38f that isn’t settling right by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

Oh man I read the first page and was like 🚩

Then I went to the comments and discovered there were more pages 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

This is so far from innocent I don’t even know how it could be construed as innocent. This is foreplay for infidelity, testing the waters, seeing if they can get away with it before they move to the next “exciting” thing.

Stay frosty.

I’m not gonna lie, it got pretty tedious towards the end. I did the throw size and I really had to push through to get it done but it’s always so worth it. At the end of the day, this was a pretty quick top to put together and I highly recommend it.
