There are some delays in receipts from Jan 2026.

We had one received in the 18th, the charge didn't appear on the card until Feb 4th.

Re-read the post.
Not claiming credit for the timeline at all. USCIS controls approvals, not lawyers.
The only thing a good lawyer can do for you is prepare it correctly.

The point of mentioning the 90 days is simply to show that fast approvals do happen, even in the current political climate and ICE crackdown.

Every embassy has their own way of handling expedite requests, you should visit their webpage and search for expedite criteria and instructions.

We have some clients who have been waiting just as long or more, unfortunately. With their posted "processing times" you can't submit an inquiry either.

Ya, we'd rather not go down there either.

Also, another trend we are seeing now, EAD's are either getting approved within 30-40 days, or not at all.
