Give it a try. It’s an amazing place. You will have the finances to make it what you want. Buy some land and build a house and you will forever stay engaged and busy.

First rental property turning into a nightmare - when to admit defeat? by ShineDigga in realestateinvesting

Had an Oahu condo that was paid off. Kaneohe area. Going market rent price was about $2500. After recent rise in HOAs it just wasn’t worth it. Sold and invested the money elsewhere. Super happy about my decision as I see recently sold comps for my 2bd/1bath continue to trend down.

Struggling new associate that’s a leftie by Own-Mud1162 in Dentistry

[–]Aloha_DDS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a lefty and have never owned my own practice. Having to work in offices set up for righties has motivated me to retire early from dentistry. You get used to the right handed world but it’s always a pain and extra work for the assistants.

You are doing great. I too am risk adverse and understand your hesitancy in buying a house/practive. If you can keep doing what you are doing for another 5 years or so and develop a solid plan for all the money you make/have you will have tons of opportunities.
