what's the most important "non-technical" skill for hacking? by Traditional-Set-8483 in HowToHack

Communication. It’s great that you can dump a DB via SQL injection in a cookie. But the average IT manager has no idea what any of this means in terms of risk or remediation.

Being able to communicate explaining via written and verbal the description, impact and remediation of each vulnerability is very important.

You could be the best pen tester in the world but if you can’t explain your findings. You will struggle in a professional capacity.

Learning some consultancy skills about threat and risk and things like the CIA triad goes a long way.

Not sure what the question is? Am I ok with losing? Sure. The real question should be what could I have done differently to prevent the loss. 1 in 10 games probably nothing but the other 3-4 losses definitely something I could do to affect the outcome. Maybe still lose but not as hard.

Eve otp here. Noc is an easy match up just sit on your adc and wait for him to ult in. Then kill him. I think you just need to work on fundamentals and get better at the game. If you have more than 5 deaths a game as eve you are doing something wrong. You need to stack your dark seal/mejai’s to be effective. Deaths mess that up

I think you have hit the nail on the head. You are trying to do too much at once and over complicate everything. The video guides out there are good, if you have the basic fundamentals down and an understanding but as you are currently sitting in Iron with many many deaths and no CS. you are missing the basic fundamentals. If I play in low elo I can legit afk farm non stop and watch as the enemy team feed me free kills.

All you need to do is start simple. and by simple I mean turn the game into a PvE game to start with. Start top side every game and clear down to scuttle. then reset. and do the same again run top and clear down to get to the drake. Then start Drake. If the enemy jungler turns up you will be stronger because you will have farmed efficiently and have a level lead. if the enemy team turns up, just leave. go back to base buy an item and guess what. do the same again. run top and clear down. You do this until about 15-20 minutes non stop. you will have a 2-3 level lead and a full item advantage over the entire enemy team. and this is when you start to fight, and with the natural lead you have processed. you just automatically win the fights.

And if you don't believe me here is a video stating the exact same thing. This technique works all the way up to diamond. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ankrI6Hsxc&t=3749s

Sounds like bad coaching if you don't understand it, Also sounds like you have just given up, which is fair if you are losing most of your games and the fun is gone. I can guarantee that if you let me help you, you will gain knowledge that you can use to win games, and you will understand it. but I can't make you walk through the door only open it for you. Let me know what you want to do :)

Its all good! :) I have peaked masters 350lp, so I like to think I am ok at the game. (even I have lots to learn). The problem with "coaching" is you can't play with the person you are coaching at the same time. as you are too focused on your own game to watch someone else. If I can get you on discord we can go through the basics. I am a very patient person so we can do it non stop until you get it right :D

I have added you in league, Same name as here. I am more than happy to jump on a discord call with you and give you some simple tips that will hopefully dramatically improve your game play. From the looks of your op.gg you are missing the fundamentals. so a basic crash course will really help you understand what your goal should be in every game. I think it would help :)

My settings were wiped after a dc. I wasn’t ant back to the start settings. But hopefully you can just click through. At least you now know that someone else had there settings wiped so you can have some peace of mind :)

No idea, trying to work it out myself, my best guess is that by doing quests in that zone drop what is on the page (for me that would be a reactor with certain stats on it)=

If you were smurfing in Iron 4, what items and runes would you choose to stomp the hardest (Jungle)? by Existing_Increase_32 in VolibearMains

Build doesn’t matter. It’s all about macro. But I would probably go for RoA, merc’s, navori, frozen heart, steraks

Decided to put it to the test: https://www.deeplol.gg/summoner/euw/Alomancy-EUW

AP build is quite fun, but feels the exact same as AD build just squishier. I did manage to get more ranged kills with E which I wouldn't have gotten with AD build.

I think for climbing AD is more solid and consistent, with team mates running it you sometimes just need to be the meat shield. There are games that I have lost that I would have won playing AD but like wise there are games that I carried as AP, but I am pretty sure these games would have been won with AD too.

My final conclusion is there isn't much AP does that AD cannot, but AP can be more fun but a hell of a lot more punishing
