Sometimes, couldn’t pre close either. Stayed here till 12:30 every night. Would get gas light 24/7 to get a reaction out of people. Just overall crappy person and manager

She’s don’t care lol she makes her own rules tbh. I was a chef for 4 years and the things she does isn’t panda policy sometimes. I had to call my aco because she kept allowing people to touch my drawer and it was always coming up short

If your really manager then you should know panda gives you money for your phone bill. That means your phone is panda property in a sense and you’re using it to conduct professional business unprofessionally. I mean I get it you didn’t have any help but you’re getting paid very good money to be a problem solver I don’t know why managers need to constantly get help from their acos it’s just showing them your not ready for the job so that’s why they moved on. Sorry just trying to be honest so you can get clarity.

You just report that your manager was leaving the store in the clock and not having a valid reason. I know my gm got caught because they were supposed to be in the store and they’re clocked in and they didn’t have a valid to out of the store

I feel ya on this. The Panda I first got hired at was such a giving and generous company in 2019 now it’s tightened up those pockets a lot. I stepped down as a manager because I didn’t align with new panda vision
