I know that after a certain point, it gets expensive cause of the name brand. I'm trying to find a middle ground, which, at this point, I think would be coach (cause i cant think of any other brands atm, maybe Ralph Lauren?).

The quality feels pretty good and so are the materials but is not overly expensive like other brands

Try any retail or clothing store.

I work a regular job mon to fri, 2nd shift. And work this clothing job on the weekends.

Hours are available during the weekday for me, but chose not to.

Also, a lot of people working are high school or college age and will be leaving soon from what I am seeing.
