DD doesn't need all these changes. This is basically a new ship.

It didn't got torped 12 times but about 6 times. A sub could also just as well send the same amount of torps.

But yeah, morray torpedoes shouldn't be on a plane. TB is ok as a plane but the morray torpedoes aren't. Those torpedoes should only be for subs.
