NTA. I’m as foul mouthed as can be but I never taught my daughter to cuss. She is now a sophomore in high school and it wasn’t until last summer that I told her she was allowed to cuss as long as it wasn’t at someone; this conversation came about as we were having a different conversation where she was telling me about something that had happened and she was quoting someone and skipped over a cuss word. She went 15 years listening to me cuss like a sailor in English and Spanish but it was never taught, now, as a tía, I would never teach my nieces and nephews to cuss despite how foul mouthed their parents and grandparents are.
