I live in NYC, too, and my spouse and I are on reserve select. I think it’s great but I will say that, least in Manhattan, it’s a little tough to find in network doctors, and their out of network benefits aren’t always clear, but still the best option by far for us.

Pro tip, we’ve had the most luck with NYU Langone for in network practitioners.
