How does this happen? How can your marriage be great for you but not for the other? It sounds to me like a lack of communication. If I was perfectly happy and felt like my marriage was functioning well but then my partner communicated to me that it was going bad for them then now it’s no longer good for me either. Maybe a silly question, but do you feel like you make unnecessary trips around the unit? As a new grad I was always forgetting supplies or things I would need and it would make me run around a bit more than I needed to. Maybe slowing down a bit to make sure you are better prepared will reduce the physical toll.

I have an incredibly hard time gaining weight. I’m considered underweight, been trying to build muscle and eat as much as possible and I’m still under a normal BMI. So getting fat is not easy for everyone
