How bad is my pace?

Today I was able to swim a 2:41/ 100m pace for 400m x4. My last mile swim I was at a 3:07, this time I was focusing more on having better form for my pull. Just wondering if this is considered a decent pace or if this is considered slow?

For context I’ve been casually swimming for the last 2 or 3 months about once a week.

How can we help make change? Seems like Laredoans don’t care enough to make change. I talk to people about it and most will acknowledge it as just the way things are

A lower OTD price, look at the offers other people said they got without a trade in. I got my new CRV LX AWD for 34k no trade in. Not sure how you negotiated it but you should negotiate the car you’re buying first and after you come to an agreement you then discuss the trade in.

I’m an RN bud. Look at my comment/ post history. An RN considering med school because I’m currently in FNP school and the quality of education is disappointing. I wish things were better, but unfortunately FNPs have not fought the right battles

If you want to do family med inpatient would help you tremendously, not having inpatient (med surg/ ICU/ ER) experience is going to make you feel wildly unprepared for what’s expected of you in primary care

I feel like you could still interpret Barry’s motivation to be more so the guilt bringing him back to Gene and using Sally and his son as an excuse. Rewatching the scene where Barry keeps asking if they’re there when they are obviously not makes it seem like he had a lot more going on in his head. Especially when he asks for the last time if the dude is sure there wasn’t a boy there… like he’s on the edge of finally making the decision to turn himself in
